We are commited to ensuring your satisfaction with any merchandise you have ordered form us. However, if you're unhappy for any reason, here's what to do:  

In the event that the items are damaged, you have up to 7 days Return Policy upon receiving of your goods, All items must be packed in their original packaging with all tags attached and must be unused, unworn or its original condition. Please note that we are unable to accept return items without the original packaging or in used & worn condition.

RETURN PROCEDURE

Fill in the details and submit the product return form to us for obtain a RMA (return merchandise authorization) no. before return your items to us.

Packed the shoe carefully in their original packaging along with the completed return from/note and printed copy of the proof of purchase (Confirmation Email) and send to the following address:

We strongly encourge that you to use any form of registered post for easy tracking of the deliver parcel. We will process your request you within 3-5 working days of receiving your goods and you will be receiving an email notification.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • SHOEPOINT.COM does not provide any exchange services online.
  • Any returns for exchane purpose will be refunded via online store credit for new purchase.
  • Normal shopping charges will apply for the subsequent orders purchased using online store credit.
  • Customer have to pay the return shipping fees.
